It is important that our donors feel secure that their kind contributions are going to an upstanding nonprofit entity deserving of their trust. Therefore, RUFF Animal Rescue Fund, Inc. publishes to the public monthly financial reports detailing how donations are being used and distributed in Ukraine to rescue workers. Public documents are also available i.e. humanitarian aid status in Ukraine and nonprofit incorporation in the state of California.
